It's been a long while...

This is the first time I have written on my blog in months!
The only reason I made an account on Blogger.com is becuase it was mandatory for my Journalism class of last year.
Since I do not know exactly what to write to catch your attention, I will tell you about my day.
Well, it is Sunday, July 18th, and in approximately an hour and 3 minutes I will arrive at my cousin, Mike's graduation party from High School. It will be held at a building downtown that I have never been inside. Apparently it is "creepy and big."
Then after, I might go on my father's boat with him, my mother, and brother. We will sail in the harbor then go to a nearby beach called Wingersheek. If I don't do that, I will spend time with my good friend, Love since I haven't seen him in a while.
I'm sorry that you readers had to come back to this blog, since you were probably disappointed with my lack of interesting activities.
Thank you for reading, and who knows, I might blog again soon! :)

Shakespeare who?

Hi everyone! I was just assigned to write a blog from another person's perspective. I chose user M.E.M. Her name is Megan and she is one of the funniest people I have ever met in school. Her writing is informal, and she's not afraid of using curse words. Since I already talked about my weekend in that blog, I've decided I will talk about something else in this one...
In English class we are reading "Taming of the Shrew." Thank God for "10 Things I Hate About You" or I would be lost while reading the play. Shakespeare's who we're focusing on. The only things I know about Shakespeare are that he's no longer alive, and he wrote about love in almost every single play he's created. In class, we must memorize one of his sonnets, and I don't know if you have noticed, but his sonnets are usually titled by numbers and not by names. I chose Sonnet 27 and it goes something like this: Weary with toil I haste me to my bed, the dear repose for limbs with travel tired. But then begins a journey in my head, to work my mind when body's work expired... and that is all I can remember so far. http://plagiarist.com/poetry/925/ Thankfully, the due date has been postponed until Tuesday (Oct. 10) and it's marvelous, since memorizing a poem/sonnet is not my specialty. We also have to create an eight page book, summarizing the sonnet and illustrating what it looks like in our minds. I'm also not an artist. You tell me to draw a bird, and I'll draw a black V with a blue background: there's the bird, and a sky. What I'm really trying to say is, I'm in no rush to get this sonnet project done. Shakespeare is a bit confusing; we still praise his words, though I cannot understand them without a translation. Wish me luck. Don't get me wrong, Mr. Shakespeare, you are a fantastic writer, just try using spell check next time on Word Document... I believe "art' should be "are." ;)

boo! it's halloween (:

in the style of M.E.M

this weekend rocked. i got a crap load of candy and pigged out in the school parking lot with molly and tia. we went to all the houses near wingersheek so obviously they were rich and had tons of candy to hand out. i also went to a party this weekend at bethany's on friday. her little brother is adorable as hell and he changed his halloween costume about 5 times. what a cutie. anyways, sunday, paige tia and i hung out at my house for a little while. i live really close to ravenswood park so we went up there and met up with molly, her cousin, and their two wicked cute dogs. one was a cocker spanial and the other was a lab mix. cole and leo. there's my weekend in a nutshell. keep you updated. peace!

Musical Monday, & the days before

I must warn you, what you are about to read may be a bit misleading, since I am half asleep and slightly delusional. The reason for this, brings me to last night's event, the date being October 19th. You all know the band Paramore, yes? No? They are an amazing upbeat, rock band with a chick singer, whose voice is completely astounding. I went to the House of Blues last night with my friends Tia Strong and Brendan Marr. We could see the stage perfect from where we were standing. No, we weren't in the mosh pit below us, because, quite frankly, I didn't want to die that night. There was already a fight that I saw which included two girls, one pouring beer over the other one's head. No thank you. What can I really say about a concert to sum up my Monday night? Well, the music was loud as hell, and the bands were great. Nothing better than an ear drum-busting, jaw dropping musical extravaganza. At the conclusion of the concert (which also included the bands The Swellers and Paper Route), we waited outside the House of Blues hoping to catch a glimpse of the lead singer of Paramore, Hayley Williams. Unfortunately, we had to leave, but the night was something to remember. Concerts are always a mind-blowing experience, despite the car-sickness and headaches that follow. So it is now Tuesday morning, 8:50 to be exact, and since I got home at 1:00, and then took a shower, I've only had a few hours of sleep. I apologize if I trail out to the middle of nowhere, because like I said, I am partially delusional. Anyway, my blog is supposed to be about my weekend. In my opinion, a weekend consists of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The first day of the weekend I went to my friend Paige's house with my other best friend Tia. We had some delicious pasta, as usual since the Heassler family buys 10 boxes per shopping trip. Then, we watched part of the movie "The Proposal" with Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds. Did you know that the movie was filmed in Massachusetts? That always interests me, if two famous stars shoot a movie in the town next door. I believe I once drove by Rob Schneider's parked car at the post office... Well, since I am trailing off, I have probably lost most of my readers' attentions. For those of you who have stayed, thanks, and I hope you enjoy the rest of my weekend. Saturday afternoon, I hosted a pajama movie party. When you think about it, pajamas are the ultimate movie outfit. Ethan, Tia, Molly, Mike, and Chelsea showed up, and we watched Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring, and then Aladdin. Nice transition, huh? Even the guys new the words to "A Whole New World." Sunday, is a different story completely. I believe it would take a total of two blogs to summarize up my Sunday, but since I do not want to bore you to death, I will sum it up and stick with less than one blog (:
It was a crappy, rainy day when we headed to Beverly this past Sunday. We visited my best friend, Love. It's funny how I can call him my best friend when I have only met him once before this day, but I feel like we really know each other, and believe it or not, he feels the same way. He showed us around his house, (he has a couch in his room!) and then we went to Papa Gino's. We talked it up, and before we knew it, we were done with our pizza and headed back to Love's house down the street. His friend, John showed up, and they shared inside jokes, that left Chelsea, Tia and I scratching our heads in confusion. Love showed us his many impressions and accents, that left us almost peeing our pants. This all seemed like a normal routine to John since he deals with Love's humor every day. He also showed us his teddy bear named Tyler, who sits on his windowsill. This may seem a bit odd to people who don't know Love, since it's on rare occasion that guys still depend on teddy bears to get them through rough times. We played Truth or Dare for about .5 seconds, and I was dared to sing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" in my best singing voice. That was somethin'. :P (Tilt head to the side to reveal smiley)
Since Chelsea drove us up, Tia and I had to leave when she left. It was 4:30 in the afternoon, and we left Beverly, after receiving about a thousand hugs from Love. I look forward to next Sunday, where I can hopefully see my best friend again. I'll keep you updated! And like I said, I'm sorry if I have mislead you, for my inner conscience is telling me to fall asleep at this computer. Bye!

The occupied weekend...

...did not go as planned, unfortunately. Friday, went according to plans though. Chelsea and Tia came over my house for a girls night. We listened to music, and laughed 'til our stomachs hurt. Saturday went somewhat according to plans. We, minus Tia, went to Chelsea's house to paint her room. The colors were still purple, blue, and green and they were brighter and more vibrant than I expected. It looked as if a dinosaur had upchucked, but the colors were pleasant, although any sort of vomit is not. Her dad took one look at the 3/4 done room, and shook his head. Of course he did not like it, it's a girl's room for one, and usually men like subtle colors. Like I said, we completed over 3/4 of her room in about 2 hours, and even had stains on our shirts and pants to prove it. I mentioned in my other blog, that the rest of the day, I was going to spend time with my boyfriend. That is where the title of this blog takes its effect. Since my boyfriend, Aaron, and I planned to see a movie to celebrate our 20-month anniversary, we wanted to get to the movies either before 5 o'clock or 7 o'clock. Plans did not carry out that way, since we wanted to see each other more than just a couple of hours (a movie length). Therefore, we thought, "Why don't we just spend time together tomorrow all day?" That was a misleading thought, because in my last blog, I mentioned that I wanted to spend time with my Beverly friend, Love. I now canceled my Sunday plans to spend time with my boyfriend, but since he is my boyfriend, maybe it's not such a bad idea. It turns out that he has work the next day, and since he lives in another town, he must go home early. I am now planless. Monday however, should be busy, full of Lord of the Rings, right? Nope. I found out that my dad's friend up the street, Alicia is getting married. I didn't even know she was in a relationship! Well, let's see. A wedding (and I have only been to one, when I was eight) or Lord of the Rings marathon... Sorry Ethan. My dad and I headed to the wedding to spend some quality time together, and to embark on the love of the soon-t0-be newlyweds. The ceremony was beautiful; the minister was correct with every word, the groom cried, and the bride looked beyond beautiful. While standing and clapping as the now bride and groom walk up the aisle, she looks to me with teary eyes. That has to be one of the greatest feelings, being in the audience, and experiencing such a beautiful event. The food was delicious, and even so, the appetizers being served outside on trays were even better than the meals themselves! Music was hoppin', and people were dancing like love was in the air. It was, it was a beautiful day and I am glad that I decided to attend, although parking SUCKED. What you have just read is my weekend summarized. It was rather busy, although plans were cancelled. Oh well, there is always next weekend to schedule the missed plans...(: Good bye!

My weekend is occupied... :)

I believe this is the first weekend (a long one however) where I have plans everyday. Usually I have a day to myself, where I watch an old movie and curl up under a blanket with some tea, but this long weekend will consist of my friends and I. Friday (today) will start off with a normal school day, and speaking of, I am now in room 3211 (computer lab) with Mr. Roy and my class. After school, my two friends Chelsea and Tia are coming over for a night of fun and laughter. Saturday, I will spend the day with them again, by painting Chelsea's room the colors blue, purple, and green. Later on in the day, I will depart from them, and meet my boyfriend at the movie theaters to see "Couples Retreat." That should be a nice time, since the movie appears to be pee-your-pants funny, and it is also my boyfriend, Aaron and I's 20-month anniversary. It is hard to see each other every weekend, since he does work a busy job and lives a few towns away. The night should end with a kiss and going to sleep from a busy and fun day. Sunday will consist of my Beverly friend, Love, coming down to Gloucester to go to Five Guys burger, or seeing the scenery. If that doesn't work, since neither of us have cars or permits, I will somehow have to find a ride to Beverly and "hang" with him there. I never go to Beverly; I can't take the train ('too dangerous!', the parents say) and I can't ask Mom for a ride (the car is weak and driving out of town is not of her liking). Hopefully my Sunday will go as planned, since the last time I saw Love was the beginning of last month, and that was the first time I met him. We understand each other and feel like we know each other so much, even though we only did meet once, and have only talked on the phone and on the computer. If the day does not go as planned, I will hopefully try to find something useful to do, by either working out, or cleaning my room, which is usually a last resort. Monday, since there is no school, will be a movie day. Lord of the Rings to be exact, and a marathon of movie 1,2, and 3 to be even more exact. My friend, Ethan happens to love the Lord of the Rings movies, and he knows I do as well. Isn't Legolas so dreamy? We plan to sit in his living room for over 6 hours, frying our brains with Frodo and the 'ring'. Well, there is my weekend for you, and please, let it sink in, because this business only occurs on rare occasion. Bye!
